Placing an order with The Nail Studio NE Ltd

You can purchase The Nail Studio products at www.thenailstudione.com, we currently have no minimum order requirement. Once you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation email to the address provided with all the correct order details. If any products are not available at that time we will inform you via the confirmation email. Once the product is back in stock we will automatically despatch, we aim to do this within 24 hours. The Nail Studio NE Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time.

Pricing and Payments

Ordering via our website www.thenailstudione.com can be processed by world pay and PayPal. We accept Visa, Visa Delta, MasterCard, Switch, and Solo.

The products on our website are shown in GBP, therefore all our payments will be taken in GBP.

We aim to display all correct pricing at all times, however, if a pricing error occurs The Nail Studio Ne Ltd reserve the right to alter any pricing without notification.

Missing or Damaged Goods

Missing or damaged goods should be reported to The Nail Studio NE ltd within 48 hours of receiving them. The Nail Studio NE ltd will not consider any claims made after this period. You can report missing or damaged goods via our Contact Us page. The Nail Studio NE ltd will only accept responsibility if the goods you receive are incorrect to your order or they have been damaged in transit. The Nail Studio NE Ltd reserve the right to refuse any replacements 48 hours after delivery.


The Nail Studio NE Ltd aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays). This is not guaranteed and can be subject to stock availability. Packaging and delivery costs are displayed at the checkout before you finalize your order.

Next Day delivery is available to any order placed before 2pm, any orders placed after 2pm will be sent the following day. Next Day delivery does not include a Sunday, any orders placed on a Saturday will be delivered on the following Monday.

Cancellations or Returning Goods

The Nail Studio NE Ltd accepts no cancellations once your order has been despatched. We will only accept returns if your product has been damaged before or during delivery, not after delivery. If you receive an incorrect item we will replace the item with your correct order. The customer must contact The Nail Studio NE ltd within 48 hours of receiving the goods, after this period The Nail Studio NE ltd holds no responsibility in replacing any items.

If a customer is to return an item it is their responsibility to pay for delivery, package the item correctly and post the item back to The Nail Studio NE ltd as it was received. When the item is returned and is to a suitable standard The Nail Studio NE Ltd will offer the customer a replacement or a refund for the return item. The Nail Studio NE Ltd will refund the full amount and the delivery charge if the goods are returned in the correct standard, this delivery cannot be refunded if the original order was placed with a Free Delivery offer code.
